Lead controller for hundred million dollar construction project
This time and material contract required the management of six direct employees to coordinate six hundred thousand labour hours under a hundred million construction contract. I oversaw a large reporting campaign, compilation and analysis of earned cost, progress, and productivity, as well as, an extensive change management system.

Controlling unit rate contracts in the tens of millions, I provided completions metrics as well as, profitability metrics. Performing this work required working with source data with records in the hundred of thousands data points.

Designed and built a virtual reality application that help sell high density real estate. With a team of 5 placed around the world, our company successfully sold a VR platform to condominium developers. This allowed for the developers to place potential customers into their real estate projects from anywhere in the globe, before the projects were built.
Lead controller for five hundred million dollar project portfolio
Lead the controls for a 40 project portfolio that was evaluated at over five hundred million dollars. This required the coordination of up to 25 projects in process at any one time, in various stages of the project life cycle. Effective coordination and analysis of information played a key role, as imputes where coming from multiple teams and external sources.
Lead controller for a two hundred million dollar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)
As lead controller, I coordinated the overall interface schedule for the various stages of the project. As well as, assisting with getting the estimate through sanction, cost mapping to the code of accounts, and reporting for the project.
Senior planner for six billion dollar asset
Senior planner for a six billion dollar facility required assisting with the development of the overall Primavera (P6) schedule. All interface points required mapping and control points within the schedule for effective management of the millions of labour hours required.
Redesign processes and procedures for a maintenance division
Worked with a team to redesign existing maintenance procedures that had an operational cost of hundreds of millions annually. This work required the full breakdown of what work was being conducted and what was expected of the maintenance division. This included the building of process flow charts, RACI charts, and re-written procedures.
Create a maintenance division for an expanding contractor
Built the required process and procedures for an expanding operations support contractor. This also included business development of new contracts and maintaining existing contracts. During my time the business saw steady expansion of the new division.
